This workshop will help reawaken you, strengthen key muscles
and support freer, safer movement.

  Whether you practice yoga or not, we can all stand to improve our balance, especially as we age. And it can most certainly be improved!

Join me for this 90 minute workshop where we will:

  • Increase foot activation & mobility
  • Improve functional strength (glutes, ankles, calves, core)
  • Practice balance in motion
  • Foot care tips and home balance drills for ongoing practice

Register online for Zoom classes or attend in person in Coronado. Classes are donation-based when in person.

Prepare & Practice

Gather any props you have, create a comfortable space, and arrive ready to move, breathe, and connect.

Private & Community Teaching

If you’d like to deepen your practice one-on-one, I offer private yoga sessions.
Also, if your community group, church, school, or non-profit needs a teacher, please contact me. Even if I’m unavailable, I’d love to connect you with someone in the wider yoga community who can help.
