Yoga Services Offered

Yoga means union — of body, mind, and spirit. Heather is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help others live well, move with ease, and find balance.

Her classes are designed with the belief that yoga is for EVERY body. Each session weaves together movement, pranayama (breath practice), and moments of stillness. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find practices that are accessible, inclusive, and supportive of your unique journey. Many classes can even be enjoyed from the comfort of a chair if mobility is a concern.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5‑6 PM PDT
  • Wednesdays: 9‑10 AM PDT

Heather offers 8–12 live online classes each month via Zoom. Classes are 60 minutes and held on the days above. Pay per class, buy a class pack or a monthly memeberhsip.

In‑Person Yoga

Heather offers classes in Coronado, CA a few Sundays each month. These gatherings are welcoming, heart centered, and perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice in a supportive community. Bring your mat and invite a friend. Recommended Donation is $5-10.

Class Types

Gentle Yoga

Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, relieve stress, calm the excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries.

Yoga I (Multi-Level)

This multi-level class combines precise alignment instructions to leave you feeling integrated, open and energized. You will learn a variety of poses including standing poses & balancing poses. Suitable for all levels.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are a great way to start or enhance your yoga practice. Private sessions give you individual attention and help you focus on your areas of interest. Scheduling is flexible. Sessions are 60 minutes and can be via Zoom or in person. Cost is $45-65.
