Patanjali’s 8 limb path offers us a guide to living fully and authentically. The first two limbs, the Yamas and Niyamas are the ethical guidelines foundational to all yogic thought. Each online class in September will focus on one these 10 observances. Not only will they inform our practice on the mat but they will also prepare us as we live and interact with the world around us.
